You will need to be available for the event which takes place on a Sunday morning in June each year. Pre booking involves a non refundable deposit of £1,000 per balloon with the balance payable in April of the appropriate year. Each flight includes a donation of £1000 which goes direct to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
